2025 Policy Change for New Patients
Starting January 1, 2025 new patients with a deductible that has not been met will be asked to pay $100 towards their appointment at the time of service in addition to the $50 deposit taken when scheduled.
Current No Show and Cancellation Policy
- For the first no show in a calendar year you will be charged a $50 fee.
- After the first occurrence, no shows will be charged the full cash rate of the scheduled appointment time.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late or cancel the same day there will be a fee and you will be asked to reschedule.
In order to help us serve others with their mental health needs and to avoid the fee please give us 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointments. Thank you!
